Education, art, culture, environment and citizenship. These are some of the values of Associação Apecatu, which stemmed from the dream of offering opportunities for well-rounded development to children in rural areas of Itapevi in greater São Paulo.
 

Since the 2000s, the non-profit organization that maintains the Apecatu School has assisted over a thousand children. In a differentiated environment integrated with nature, in addition to regular training, it promotes access to culture and art through a community library and movie theater in partnership with the municipality.
